Chef Yvan Mucharraz spearheads Don Manuel´s serving Breakfast and Dinner daily, based on local, organic products grown specifically for the restaurant and prepared using old world techniques in a modern setting. Mucharraz and his team open the doors of Su Cocina daily, which is an authentic Mexican Kitchen with live cooking during Breakfast and Private Dinners; Cooking Classes are also available Breakfast In the morning, Su Cocina is transformed into a live Breakfast Buffet representative of a Mexican Market. Offering daily Mexican specials as well as cooked to order traditional Mexican breakfast items such as Rancheros, Chilaquiles and Handmade Tamales, the Breakfast Buffet features Mexican glass jars filled with freshly squeezed juices, breakfast pastries, and for the health conscious, a large selection of fruits and berries are available as well as handmade granola and green juice. Inside and outside patio seating is available. Dinner Chef Yvan Mucharraz creates a unique menu every night using only the best available products from that day. Su Cocina becomes the perfect venue to entertain up to 10 guests while Mucharraz´s team prepares each dish in front of you. Although the menu changes daily based on the availability of fresh ingredients, some signature dishes include Yellow Fin Tuna Tiradito, Pork Belly Tamal and Seared Sea Bass. A Private Dining Room is also available for up to 8 guests.
